The City of Plymouth has launched a two-year pilot program offering rebates for residents who complete qualifying energy upgrades.
Eligible Projects Include:
Home insulation upgrades
Installing an EV charging station
Replacing select appliances & equipment
Adding renewable energy systems (solar/wind)

Time to Tidy Up! Plymouth Yard Waste Site Opens April 2
Spring cleanup just got easier! The Plymouth Yard Waste Site reopens for the season on Wednesday, April 2, making it easy for residents to dispose of yard waste.
📍 Location: Next to the Plymouth Maintenance Facility (14900 23rd Ave. N)
📆 Open: Wednesdays-Sundays (Closed Mondays, Tuesdays & major holidays)
Hours of Operation:
April-August: Wed-Fri (3-8 p.m.), Sat-Sun (10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.)
Sept-Nov: Wed-Fri (3-6 p.m.), Sat-Sun (10 a.m.-5:30 p.m.)
✅ Accepted Items: Leaves, brush, garden waste, and tree debris
🚫 Not Accepted: Grass clippings, lumber, sod, soil, stumps, and rocks
The site is exclusively for Plymouth, Wayzata, Long Lake, and Medicine Lake residents (bring ID!).
