The City of Plymouth is on the hunt for its next Deputy Police Chief—a full-time gig where leadership meets public safety.

💼 Assist the Director of Public Safety/Police Chief in running the department.
🤝 Collaborate with police and fire command staff to enhance public safety.
👮 Manage recruitment, promotions, and professional standards for the force.
🔍 Oversee the Police Property Room, inspections, and audits (a.k.a. keep things legit).
📜 Draft and distribute department policies and procedures.
📟 Co-coordinate emergency management efforts with other top brass.
Pay Range: $128,797–$166,675 (depending on qualifications).
